1. Acceptance
By using this website or entering our land-based venues, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not visit our properties.
2. Age requirement
Access to Ontario Gaming Club gaming floors is limited to guests aged 19 years or older. Valid government photo identification is required at entry. Misrepresenting your age is prohibited.
3. Website use
This website provides information about our physical venues, careers, and partnership opportunities. Content is for general information only and may change without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content in a way that harms service availability.
4. Venue conduct
- Follow staff instructions and posted house rules
- Respect other guests and venue property
- Do not engage in unlawful activity on the premises
- Dress according to our smart-casual standard
We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave when conduct or identification does not meet our standards.
5. Dining and lodging
Restaurant and hotel services at select venues are subject to availability, separate charges, and any additional terms presented at booking or check-in.
6. Intellectual property
Text, design, logos, and imagery on this site belong to Ontario Gaming Club or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
7. Disclaimer
Venue hours, menus, and floor layouts may vary. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that website information is complete or current at all times. Gaming involves risk; please set personal limits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Ontario Gaming Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
